Hopefully your answer to this question is “stop.”
However, to improve your balance, posture and strength, there is one more thing you could try at a stop sign. Next stop, make an effort to engage your Mula Bandha and or Uddiyana Bandha, which are body “locks” that engage muscles in your core. The more you engage your Bandhas or core, the more you will improve your yoga practice and the easier it will be for you to move in general. This is a great way to improve your physical health and literally “practice on the go.” The more you practice engaging your core, the easier your yoga practice will come, and therefore see more improvements regularly.
Remember the song: “Stop, Hammer Time” … Now instead sing: “Stop sign, core time,” to the same tune.
